Crustless Sweet Potato Pineapple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. mashed sweet potatoes
    1 c. crushed pineapple
    1 c. milk
    3/4 c. sugar (brown or white)
    2 eggs
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1/4 tsp. salt (optional)
    1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Combine sweet potatoes, eggs, sugar and milk.
    Beat until blended and smooth.
    Add other ingredients and mix well.
    Stir in crumbs.
    Grease a deep 9-inch pie pan; pour filling in pan.
    Bake in a preheated oven for 45 to 55 minutes at 325\u00b0 or until a knife inserted comes out clean.
    Cool and refrigerate; top with whipped cream or topping.
    Cut in wedges and serve.
