Fruit Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large pkg. cream cheese
1 jar pitted red cherries
2 medium cans fruit cocktail
1 can crushed pineapple
1 can pineapple chunks
1 can mandarin oranges
1 c. coconut
3/4 c. chopped pecans
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 box Knox gelatine
dash of sugar
Preparation

Drain all fruits.
Add mayonnaise and a little sugar.
Mash the cream cheese and mayonnaise together with fruits.
Save 1/4 cup of pineapple juice.
Combine the gelatine to pour over the mixture.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
