Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. squash, cooked and mashed
    1/2 stick butter/margarine
    chopped onion
    8 oz. sour cream
    1 can cream of chicken soup (do not add any water)
    1 can cream of celery soup (do not add any water)
Preparation
    Cook squash in salted water.
    While hot, add butter or margarine and let melt.
    Add chopped onion to squash and butter mixture.
    When cool, add the following ingredients and mix thoroughly:
    sour cream, chicken soup and celery soup.
    Line bottom of oblong dish with buttered corn bread crumbs (plenty).
    Pour squash mixture over corn bread crumbs and top with more buttered cornbread crumbs.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Watch carefully so it doesn't get too brown.
