Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. mixed vegetables
2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 can water chestnuts, chopped and drained
Preparation

Mix together and put in casserole.
Crush one package of Ritz crackers.
Melt 1/2 stick of butter and mix together.
Crumble over top and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
