Chocolate Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/4 c. unsweetened cocoa
    1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
    3 Tbsp. skim milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
Preparation
    In a medium bowl beat the butter and cocoa until the butter is softened.
    Gradually add the powdered sugar, beating well.
    Slowly beat in the milk and vanilla.
    Slowly beat in second half of powdered sugar and additional milk, if needed, to make spreading consistency.
