Fish Stew For 2 - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small can salmon
    1 medium onion, sliced thin
    1 strip bacon, diced
    1/2 tsp. hot sauce
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 medium potatoes, diced
    2 to 4 small eggs
    1/3 c. catsup
    2 to 3 c. water
Preparation
    Peel onion and potatoes; dice. Place 2 to 3-quart pot on burner; heat.
    Add diced bacon, brown.
    Add water, potatoes and onion.
    Cook 10 minutes.
    Add salmon after bone is removed and broken into small pieces.
    Heat to boiling, add seasoning and eggs, one at a time; add catsup.
    Cook over medium heat until eggs are done.
