Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 egg
    1/4 c. Heinz 57 sauce
    1 piece of toast (hard)
    seasonings (optional): salt, pepper, onion powder or sliced onions, garlic powder, small amount paprika
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In a large bowl, mix ground beef, egg and seasonings.
    Break bread into small crumbs and put in bowl. Knead all together by hand and pack together to form a loaf shape. Place in an ungreased loaf pan.
    Cover with aluminum foil and place in oven for approximately 1 hour to 1 hour and 15 minutes. Test for doneness.
