Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium squash, cubed
    1 small onion, diced
    1/2 c. milk
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
    1 c. Ritz crackers, crushed
    1 egg
    margarine
Preparation
    Boil squash until tender; drain well.
    Mix all ingredients in casserole dish and dot with margarine.
    Bake, uncovered, 30 to 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
