Mints - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 oz. cream cheese
2 1/2 c. 10x sugar
1/2 tsp. mint flavoring
sprinkle of salt
Preparation

Mix and knead like dough.
May need a little more 10x sugar. Add a little coloring.
Roll in small balls.
Roll in granulated sugar.
Press into mold.
Unmold at once on wax paper.
Let set several days, uncovered, before eating.
