Spinach Pies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. pizza dough in fourths
    1 box frozen spinach thawed & squeezed dry
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1/4 c. chopped black olives
    Provolone cheese (optional)
    Pepperoni (optional)
Preparation
    Saute the garlic in olive oil.
    Roll dough into 4 circles. Mix the spinach, garlic and black olives to make the filling. Place filling on 1/2 of each dough circle and top with provolone cheese and pepperoni, if desired.
    Fold dough over filling to make turnover.
