Watergate Salad Or Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small box instant pistachio pudding
    1 large container Cool Whip
    1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple, do not drain
    2 c. miniature marshmallows
    3/4 c. chopped pecans (optional)
Preparation
    Mix dry pudding and Cool Whip until pudding is dissolved.
    Add crushed pineapple and juice.
    Mix well.
    Add marshmallows and pecans.
    Refrigerate for about 1 1/2 to 2 hours before serving. Made the night before is better.
    Serves 6 to 8.
