Sugared Pecans - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. sour cream
1 1/2 c. pecan meats
1/2 c. white sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Cook to soft ball stage all ingredients except vanilla and pecans, then add vanilla and beat until thickened.
Add pecans, stirring until well coated and turn onto greased platter or waxed paper.
(I use wax paper.)
Separate into individual pieces.
