Shrimp Creole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. each: chopped celery, green pepper and onion
    2 Tbsp. oil
    2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
    1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 lb. medium shrimp, shelled and cleaned
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 to 1/2 tsp. hot pepper sauce
Preparation
    Combine celery, pepper, onion, oil and garlic.
    Heat until vegetables are tender.
    Stir in remaining ingredients.
    Heat, covered, on high until shrimp are cooked.
