Old-Fashioned Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground chuck
    1 (32 oz.) bottle catsup
    1 1/2 pods green pepper, chopped
    1 large onion, chopped
    2 sticks celery, chopped fine
    2 1/2 to 3 1/2 Tbsp. chili powder (to taste)
    few drops hot sauce (optional)
Preparation
    Brown meat and drain.
    Add all remaining ingredients and additional water (if desired).
    Cook until vegetables are tender or in crock-pot for 8 to 10 hours.
    Serves 6 to 8.
