Breakfast Crumb Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 lb. butter and 2 Tbsp. extra shortening
2 c. sugar
3 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1 c. milk
3 eggs
Preparation
-
Mix together butter, shortening, sugar, flour and baking powder like pie dough.
Take out as much as needed for crumbs on top.
Add milk and eggs.
Mix well.
Put in greased pie pans.
If using crumbs, sprinkle on top.
Bake approximately 35 minutes at 350\u00b0.
