Cheese Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 box instant potatoes (8 serving size)
1 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
2 Tbsp. onion chopped
1 stick margarine (softened)
1/2 c. sour cream
salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Fix potatoes as directed on box.
Add the rest of ingredients. Pour into greased baking dish.
Sprinkle grated cheese on top. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25-30 minutes.
