Dilly Casserole Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    1/4 c. warm water
    1 c. cottage cheese (room temperature)
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. butter, softened
    2 tsp. dill seed
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. baking soda
    1 egg
    2 1/2 c. flour
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in warm water. Add other ingredients.
    Mix dough until it forms a smooth ball. Let dough rise until double in size (about 1 hour).
    Place dough into an oiled 2-quart round casserole.
    Allow to rise until double.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
    Brush with butter and serve warm.
