Layered Mexican Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large avocados
    dash of lemon juice
    6 heaping Tbsp. sour cream
    4 heaping Tbsp. mayonnaise
    2/3 pkg. taco mix
    1 c. grated Cheddar
    1 c. grated Jack cheese
    2 (17 oz.) cans jalapeno bean dip
    1 bunch green onions, chopped
    2 large fresh tomatoes, chopped
    2 (7 oz.) cans sliced black olives
    large dip size Fritos
Preparation
    Mash avocados with salt, pepper and dash of lemon juice.
    Set aside.
    Combine sour cream with mayonnaise and 2/3 package taco seasoning mix.
    Set aside.
    Combine grated cheeses and set aside.
    In a medium size casserole dish, layer the ingredients in the following order:
    bean dip, mashed avocados, green onions, sour cream mixture, cheeses, tomatoes, then olives.
    Serve with Fritos.
