Corn Bread(Healthy) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. corn meal
    1/2 tsp. no-salt
    2 egg whites
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 Tbsp. corn oil (to be put in cooking pan)
    buttermilk (add enough to make right consistency)
Preparation
    Heat oven to 450\u00b0.
    Mix ingredients while heating the corn bread pan with the corn oil in it on the stove.
    As soon as the pan and its oil are bubbly hot, pour corn bread mixture into the pan and place in oven.
    When the corn bread is brown on the bottom (approximately 10 minutes), turn the oven to broil to brown the top of it.
    Enjoy.
    Day-old corn bread can be reheated by sprinkling a tiny bit of water on it and then reheating.
