Ham Quiche Filling - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. boiled ham
    1/4 lb. Swiss cheese
    4 eggs
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. milk
    1/2 c. heavy cream
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    3 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation
    Cut ham into small pieces.
    Place ham and grated Swiss cheese into the uncooked pastry shell.
    Combine eggs, flour, milk, cream, salt and pepper.
    Pour over the ham and cheese. Add melted butter. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
