Italian Sausage Spinach Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. bulk Italian sausage
    1 medium onion, chopped
    6 eggs, beaten
    1 c. Ricotta cheese
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped spinach, thawed and well drained
    4 c. (16 oz.) shredded Mozzarella cheese
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    pastry for 2 pies (bottoms only)
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    In a skillet, brown sausage and onion until sausage is done and onion is tender.
    Drain well.
    In a mixing bowl, beat eggs; stir in remaining ingredients.
    Fill pie shells.
    Bake in 375\u00b0 oven for 50 minutes.
