Coconut Punch Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box Duncan Hines yellow cake mix
    12 oz. frozen coconut
    8 oz. carton Cool Whip
    1 c. sugar
    2 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. coconut flavor
Preparation
    Prepare cake per package instructions and bake in a 9 x 11-inch cake pan.
    Mix sugar, milk, coconut and flavoring.
    Bring to a boil.
