Salmon Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    2 cans pink or red salmon, flaked (save juice)
    1/4 c. milk
    1 1/2 c. coarse cracker crumbs
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice or extract
    1 c. chopped onion
    1/8 tsp. salt and pepper
Preparation
    Drain salmon and save juice.
    Add juice to the milk to make 3/4 cup of liquid.
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease a 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.
    Blend eggs, salmon and other ingredients.
    Spoon into pan and shape.
    Bake 45 minutes until top is golden and crisp. Serve hot or cold.
