Blueberry Pound Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. butter, softened
4 eggs
3 c. plain flour, divided
1 tsp. baking powder
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. fresh/frozen blueberries
Preparation

Cream butter and sugar; add eggs 1 at a time and beat until light and fluffy.
Add vanilla.
Sift 2 cups flour, salt and baking powder together.
Add sifted mixture to cream mixture and beat.
Dredge berries in remaining flour and fold into main mixture.
Pour in buttered and coated with sugar tube pan.
Bake in preheated 325\u00b0 oven for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
