Squash Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 onion, chopped
    2 c. cooked summer squash, mashed
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. sour cream
    1 carrot, shredded
    Salt and pepper to taste
    2 c. herb- seasoned bread crumbs
    3 T. butter, softened
Preparation
    Saute onion in skillet sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Combine squash, soup and sour cream in bowl. Add onion, carrot, salt and pepper; mix well. Fold in bread crumbs. Spoon into a 2-quart casserole. Dot with butter. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Makes 4 servings.
