Port Cranberry Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg raspberry jello
2 c boiling water
2 can whole cranberry sauce
3/4 c port wine
1/2 c chopped nuts
1 c crushed pineapple
1/2 c sour cream
1 8 oz pkg cream cheese
Preparation

Dissolve jello in boiling water.
Add cranberry sauce, wine, nuts and pineapple and let set up in refrigerator.
Mix sour cream and cream cheese and spread over top of jello.
