Tirami Su - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. coffee
    2 Tbsp. brandy
    2 Tbsp. confectioners sugar
    4 slices pound cake
    1 c. Ricotta
    1/4 c. mini-chocolate chips
Preparation
    Mix coffee, brandy and confectioners sugar.
    Brush over pound cake.
    Place in goblets.
    Mix Ricotta and chocolate chips and spoon over cake.
    Serves 4.
