Japanese Fruit Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter, melted and cooled
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/2 c. nuts, chopped (I prefer pecans, but any other nut can be used)
    1/2 c. coconut
    1/2 c. raisins
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Beat sugar, butter, eggs, vinegar and vanilla together, then add coconut, raisins and nuts.
    Mix well and pour into a 9-inch unbaked, deep dish pie shell.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for about 45 minutes. Check periodically as ovens vary.
