Chile Verde Con Carne - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pork roast (picnic)
    6 fresh jalapenos
    6 yellow chiles
    1 large onion
    1 large c. diced tomatoes
    3 cloves garlic
    1 tsp. cumin
    salt to taste
    pepper to taste
    1/2 c. flour
    3 to 4 c. water
    2 Tbsp. oil
Preparation
    Cut meat into 1-inch pieces and brown in oil.
    Add chopped jalapenos, chilies and onions; cook until tender.
    Add flour and brown a bit.
    Add tomatoes, garlic, cumin, salt, pepper and water. Bring to a boil.
    Let simmer until meat is tender.
