Parsnip Puree - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. peeled and thinly sliced parsnips (2/3 lb.)
    2 Tbsp. water
    3 Tbsp. skim milk
    1/8 tsp. salt
    dash of ground nutmeg
Preparation
    In casserole dish, combine parsnips and water.
    Microwave, covered, on High for 5 to 7 minutes or until tender; drain well.
