Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. defrosted hash browns
    1/2 c. butter, melted (I use 1/4 c.)
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    2 c. milk
    1 c. sour milk
    1 1/2 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Mix butter, salt, pepper, onion, soup, milk, sour cream and cheese.
    Add potatoes and place in two 2-quart casserole dishes. Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Buttered crumbs on top are optional.
