Pork Chop And Potato Scallop - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 pork chops
    1 c. cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/4 c. water
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    4 c. thinly chopped parsley
    4 c. thinly sliced potatoes
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Brown chops in skillet.
    Blend in soup, sour cream, water and parsley.
    In a 2-quart casserole, alternate layers of potatoes seasoned with salt and pepper and topped with mushroom sauce. Place chops over all.
    Cover and bake in 350\u00b0 oven for about 1 1/4 hours.
    Yields 4 servings.
