Mex Eggs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 eggs
    1/2 c. half and half
    1 (11 oz.) can Mexicorn
    10 (6-inch) soft corn tortillas, cut into quarters
    4 oz. (1 c.) shredded Cheddar cheese or Jack cheese
    2 c. salsa
    1 c. sour cream
    1 c. guacamole
Preparation
    Grease 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
    Mix eggs and milk and beat slightly.
    Add corn.
    Place tortillas in bottom of greased dish. Pour egg mixture over tortillas.
    Sprinkle with cheese.
    Cover and refrigerate overnight.
