Chocolate Shake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. canned evaporated skim milk
1/4 c. sugar
10 ice cubes
1/4 tsp. almond extract
1 1/2 tsp. cocoa powder
Preparation

Place all ingredients in blender. Blend until smooth.
Serve immediately.
Yields 3 servings.
Has 130 calories, less than 1 g fat.
