Hot Spinach Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, well drained
8 oz. softened cream cheese
1/2 c. milk
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
2 tsp. chicken bouillon (dried)
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation

In a medium saucepan, combine cheese, milk, butter, bouillon and nutmeg.
Cook and stir over low heat until thickened.
Stir in spinach; heat.
Remove from heat and add lemon juice.
