Parmesan Corn Chowder - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. boiling water
1/2 c. carrots, sliced
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. margarine
2 c. milk
1 (17 oz.) can creamed corn
2 c. diced potatoes
1/2 c. sliced celery
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. flour
Preparation

Cook potatoes, celery and carrots in boiling water with salt and pepper for 10 minutes.
Make white sauce of flour, margarine and milk.
Melt cheese in sauce.
Add corn to sauce and then stir into vegetables.
Heat before serving.
