No Crust Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    liquid from 3 oz. can mushrooms, plus water to make 1/3 c. liquid
    1 c. soft bread crumbs
    1 slightly beaten egg
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1 lb. ground chuck
    1/2 tsp. dry oregano
    2 slices Mozzarella cheese
    5 1/2 oz. can pizza sauce
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. chopped green peppers
Preparation
    Combine 1/3 cup liquid, bread crumbs, egg, salt and pepper. Let stand 5 minutes.
    Add ground beef, oregano and half the mushrooms.
    Mix lightly.
    Form mixture into a 9-inch round pan. Slice cheese into 8 triangles.
    Place 4 on pie.
    Top with sauce, onion, green pepper, remaining mushrooms and dash of oregano. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 55 minutes.
    Top with remaining cheese.
    Bake additional 5 minutes.
    Let sit 10 minutes before cutting.
