Milky Way Icing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Milky Way bars (regular size)
    1 stick margarine
    1 Tbsp. evaporated milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. sifted confectioners powdered sugar
Preparation
    Combine first 4 ingredients in the top of a double boiler over hot water.
    Heat, stirring constantly, until melted.
    Remove from heat.
    Add sugar.
    Beat well (by hand or mixer).
    Pour over cake. Use to frost a 13 x 9-inch devil's food cake.
