Egg Custard Pies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

11 eggs, beaten
6 c. milk
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 unbaked pie crusts
Preparation

Mix all together.
Flour top with your favorite nutmeg or lemon cream.
I use lemon cream.
Bake at 400\u00b0 until crust above the milk is browned.
Then turn the heat down on 345\u00b0 and let them bake until the milk looks resin and thick like jello.
But don't overbake or they will be watery-like.
