Steak And Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. hamburger
    flour
    1/2 c. milk
    2 cans mushroom gravy
Preparation
    Pat hamburger into patties and roll in flour.
    Slightly brown and place in a square pan.
    After browning hamburger, put 2 teaspoons of flour in the same skillet; brown and add 1/2 cup milk and mushroom soup.
    Stir until thick.
    Add Kitchen Bouquet for color, if desired.
    Pour over steak and bake in oven at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
