Crab Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 bell pepper
3 stalks celery
4 spring onions
1/2 tsp. ground red pepper
1/2 to 1 stick butter
lean white lump crabmeat
2 tsp. bacon drippings (if you have some)
Preparation

Chop the bell pepper, celery and onions and blend in food processor.
Place all ingredients in a heavy pot.
Cover with milk and half and half.
Slowly bring to a boil.
Simmer for several hours.
You may need to add some more milk.
Does well in a crock-pot.
