Chicken Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    1 c. water
    1 c. flour
    4 eggs
    pinch of salt
Preparation
    Bring water and butter to boil.
    Add flour and salt all at once.
    Beat until mixture forms a ball and leaves sides of pan clean.
    Remove from heat and beat in eggs, one at a time.
    Drop from small spoon onto greased baking sheet.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
    Finished puffs should be the size of large walnuts. Split in half and fill with chicken salad.
