Italian Green Beans(Microwave) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 cloves garlic, smashed, peeled and chopped
    2 tsp. olive oil
    1/2 tsp. thyme
    1/4 tsp. dried oregano
    14 oz. can Italian plum tomatoes, drained
    1 lb. green beans, tipped and tailed
    freshly ground black pepper to taste
    1 1/2 tsp. fresh lemon juice
Preparation
    Place garlic and oil in a 13 x 10 x 2-inch dish.
    Cook, uncovered, at 100% for about 1 minute.
    Remove from oven.
    Stir in thyme, oregano and tomatoes.
    Cook, uncovered, for 2 minutes. Remove from oven and stir in green beans and black pepper.
    Cover tightly with microwave plastic wrap.
    Cook for 7 minutes. Carefully prick plastic to release steam (be very careful of steam that will escape).
    Uncover and stir in lemon juice.
    Serves 4 (76 calories per serving).
