Ham And Cheese Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pie shell
1 c. diced ham
1 1/4 c. grated Cheddar cheese
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt and pepper
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
In unbaked pie shell, spread ham and cheese.
Mix eggs, milk, salt and pepper.
Pour over ham and cheese mixture.
Bake 15 minutes at 400\u00b0.
Then 30 minutes at 350\u00b0 or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
Serve warm or cold.
