Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. Stove Top stuffing mix
    1 pkg. broccoli, cauliflower, carrots (frozen vegetable mix)
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. Velveeta cheese (chunks)
    shredded cheese
Preparation
    Prepare Stove Top stuffing mix as package directs.
    Put on bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Prepare vegetable mix as package directs.
    Drain and layer over the stuffing mix.
    Next, combine the soup, 1 can water and the Velveeta cheese until smooth over medium heat.
    Pour over first 2 layers.
    Add shredded cheese over top and bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
