Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. self-rising flour
    2/3 c. shortening
    6 Tbsp. water
Preparation
    Mix shortening and flour together using a pastry blender.
    Add ice water, one tablespoon at a time.
    Mix with fork.
    Use hands to make a ball, if necessary.
    Roll out and bake until light brown.
