    1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
    1 Tbsp. shortening
    3/4 c. whipping cream
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. Whip It
    1 (3 1/2 oz.) pkg. vanilla instant pudding and pie filling
    1 1/4 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. orange-flavored liqueur
    cocoa powder
Preparation
