Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 can undiluted cream of chicken soup
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
    1 c. sharp cheese, grated
    1/4 stick margarine, melted
    crumbled corn flakes for topping or sprinkle shredded cheese on top
Preparation
    Grease 8 x 11-inch casserole dish with margarine.
    Saute celery and onion.
    Mix frozen potatoes, celery and onion.
    Add sour cream and soup; mix well.
    Add melted margarine and cheese. Mix and pour into casserole, top with topping.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Can be doubled.
