3 c. quick oats (uncooked)
3/4 tsp. soda
3 3/4 c. buttermilk
1 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. salt
3 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. oil
3 eggs, beaten
Preparation

Combine oats, soda and buttermilk.
Wait 5 minutes.
Add rest of ingredients.
Fry on griddle.
