Minted Peas - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas
2 Tbsp. water
1 Tbsp. green creme de menthe
1 Tbsp. oleo
Preparation

Place peas and water in saucepan; bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and cook, covered, 3 to 5 minutes.
Remove cover; dot with oleo and pour in creme de menthe.
Yields 4 servings.
